Registration for participants will be open from 1 February.

Female employees of the Austrian pulp/paper industry are cordially invited to attend the 2026 conference free of charge (not including evening events; applies to Austropapier members only).

The conference fee is payable per person and includes:

  • Admission to the conference and tradeshow on both days
  • Non-alcoholic refreshments during breaks (coffee, water, juices)
  • "Reception by the Mayor" on 20 May 2026 (lunchtime)
  • "Close of the Conference" on 21 May 2026 (afternoon)
  • Parking on both days at the Stadthalle/Messe fairgrounds
  • Conference programme, including list of exhibitors and participants
  • Online admission to the lectures (abstracts and PDF slides) after the conference, subject to release for publication

Please note that tickets for these evening events are strictly limited!

Terms and conditions of registration / cancellation:

Please note that admission can only be granted if PAYMENT has been made in advance or is settled on site (the conference office accepts cash payments only).

CANCELLATION of registration (in writing) is free of charge until 11 May 2026. Any payments already made will be refunded after the conference. After this deadline, or if the registered participant does not attend, the conference fee as well as any booked evening events must be paid in full. Substitution of a registered participant is, of course, possible.

Please be aware that PHOTOGRAPHS may be taken during the conference and the accompanying social programme. By participating, you consent to the use of such images for public relations purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the photographers accordingly.
